This project consisted of taking down the complete chimney and removing the internal ground floor wall, this opened up the whole rear of the house. Then adding an extension to the side turned what was a rear lounge & relatively small kitchen into a rear lounge/diner/kitchen plus a small utility room and even a downstairs w/c.
